The most dangerous accidents happen when people fall down from great heights.
This situation can happen to anybody at anytime!
Airbag technology has evolved to enhance safety across various high-risk activities:
Equestrian Sports: Riders use airbag vests that deploy during falls, protecting the torso and neck.
Brands like Point Two offer such vests - Point Two USA
Avalanche Safety: Skiers and snowboarders carry avalanche airbag backpacks that inflate to help them stay on the surface during an avalanche.
Arva provides these systems - Arva Equipment
Motorcycling: Motorcyclists wear airbag jackets or vests that activate upon collision, cushioning vital areas.
Helite specializes in this gear - Helite
Elderly Individuals: Wearable airbags are designed to protect seniors from injuries during falls, enhancing personal safety.
Products like the YXYMOTEFLY airbag vest are available for this purpose - Amazon
These innovations provide tailored protection, significantly reducing injury risks in their respective domains.
Keep cool in summer and warm in winter, but still be safer wearing an Airbag Jacket?

There are several manufacturers producing full body or near full body cooling garments—using liquid circulation, evaporative, or PCM-based designs—that can be worn as a base layer under other equipment. However, none specifically market their suits as explicitly compatible with a full-body airbag system worn over the top. Nonetheless, from the information available, these cooling/heating garment systems are physically compatible with airbag systems when sized accordingly, provided the airbag garment is designed with extra space/tolerance to accommodate an underlayer.
Leading Full Body Cooling/Heating Garment Manufacturers include:
COMPCOOLER; POLAR PRODUCTS: INUTEQ (distributed in Australia) AND ICEPAK (Australia)
Select a cooling suit that covers the desired body area and check total bulk when worn.
Ensure the airbag system (vest, jacket, or suit) is sized with enough extra space—check manufacturer guidelines for “fit with base layers” when in doubt.
Some cooling suits can also be used for heating if paired with compatible heating fluid modules (COMPCOOLER and Polar Products have such options).
